Our History

Rex and Nancy Brinkman began their journey together in 1940, starting with dairy and grain farming, along with raising and processing turkeys. Over the years, their children and grandchildren have continued to play active roles in the family operation.

In 1952, the Brinkmans purchased the current farm location just a few miles south of Findlay, Ohio. Their goal was to build a livelihood focused on raising, processing, and retailing turkeys. By 1975, the farm had become incorporated, and the canning operation was officially launched.

Today, the cannery processes a variety of meats, including turkey, chicken, beef, pork, and other related products. Each can is hand-packed by our dedicated team to ensure the highest quality. We also offer custom canning services for various meats, including fish and venison. Our products are often recommended for stocking personal cruise provisions, and private labeling options are available.
