Description
USDA Choice cuts of pork sirloin are used in the canned Farm Pork. The meat is cut into 1¼ inch pieces; these are hand packed in the cans. The meat is fully cooked in the canning process. When the can is opened the meat is in tender chunks. If you are careful in the heating process, it will remain in chunks. The meat can be easily shredded if it is required in the recipe.
