In a 2 qt saucepan, cook beef, onion and green pepper until the vegetable are tender. Drain, add the next 6 ingredients, cover and simmer for 20 min. Sprinkle individual servings with cheese if desired.

- 1 large Onion, chopped
- 1 med. Green Pepper, chopped
- 3 to 4 tsp Chili Powder
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 can (14 1/2 oz) Mexican Stewed Tomatoes
- 1 can (15 3/4 oz) Chili Beans
- 1 cup frozen Corn
- Shredded Cheddar Cheese, optional.
